All contractors referred through Vetted Trades operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Vetted Trades Pty Ltd.

Any contract for services is solely between the client and the contractor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vetted Trades Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, defect, dispute, or cost arising from work performed by a contractor referred through our platform.

7. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors agree to provide accurate business information, maintain any required licences, insurances, and certifications, and conduct business professionally and lawfully.
